Jarno Kartela


Jarno has years of experience helping companies with his expertise in data science, decision-making and creativity. Today he's at the forefront of technological innovation at Marimekko as the Digital Transformation Director – paving the way for the future of commerce at the iconic Finnish fashion house.


Tom Thörnblom


Lyko is an omnichannel beauty giant with the market’s broadest range, inspiring customers to be their best selves. Tom, Head of Communication & Sustainability, shares how courage, setbacks, and a strong vision are crucial for the company culture. Frederik Fryland


Frederik is the Personalization Lead at Nordea, driving the adoption and scale of personalisation use cases across the Nordics. With a deep foundation in full-stack marketing and growth methodologies, Frederik consistently employs data-driven strategies to service Nordea's customers. His primary goal is to catalyse growth and ensure personalised online experiences for customers across all channels.
