Principal Consultant, strategy

"Imagination has been said to be more important than knowledge. I believe it, and I believe having both makes a good combination."

Juho was part of the first batch of students admitted to Aalto University’s later legendary Information Networks study program. The highly experimental program was an uncut diamond of novel teaching methods underlining teamwork, independent problem solving, IT, and communications.

Juho was headhunted straight from school to a small strategy consultancy Synocus. After a few years of number crunching and concept development he moved on to work at Sininen Meteoriitti, which proved out to be an excellent place to learn about product driven IT work. After some time, Juho decided he wanted to work for a global enterprise – next up: Accenture! He spent years working with extremely motivated and intelligent people in challenging global projects.

Juho has over 10 years of experience in helping companies to succeed in the long run. He’s worked with major multinational companies and guided them to make choices which will affect their business for the next years and even decades to come. He’s truly a master of the long view. That’s not to say Juho’s not great at day-to-day operations. He really pushes you out of your comfort zone and challenges the decisions you are about to make.

When Juho is not helping businesses to grow, he’s focused on being the best dad in the world. He has two sons, for whom he tries to set the right example and give the best tools for life.
