Hi Farhan, how did you get good at what you do?

From the start of my career, I focused on every little detail of the web development journey, which has always been appreciated and helped me to focus on improving my technical skills while understanding business requirements.

Alongside this, I am lucky enough to be surrounded by people who always support me in taking on challenges and growing further every day. Staying curious helps me to be connected with new technologies and learn at every step.

Why Columbia Road?

During my interview stages, I found Columbia Road’s hiring process very organic, and with each stage, I felt increasingly attracted to the company’s culture and values. The recruitment process, onboarding, and freedom of work could not have been a better choice for me. I truly admire how Roadies work side by side to improve client results while simultaneously growing in their own fields.

What makes your heart beat a little faster?

I love to travel, cook whenever my wife lets me, and whenever I find any tiny bit of time, I am out playing volleyball, cricket or paddle.

I love spending quality time with my family, especially with my daughter. We often play board games together, travel, and explore different parts of Finland. Sometimes, I also let my daughter give me a makeover with her nail polishes and brushes, which is always a fun and memorable bonding time for both of us.

Hi Daniela, how did you get good at what you do?

I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles in sales, customer support, and business systems development. Alongside my IT studies, I have developed a strong combination of business and technology expertise. Now that I focus on developing CRM systems, I can put myself in users' shoes and better understand their needs and requirements. At the same time, I try to understand the bigger picture and the broader impact my work has.

Why Columbia Road?

Not only was the role exciting, but I also really appreciated Columbia Road's mission. Turning problems into seamless solutions is something that I have strived for throughout my career and in my personal life. The emphasis on growth and learning made me realise that Columbia Road would be excellent for me, since I am always looking to learn new things and develop myself as a professional and individual.

What makes your heart beat a little faster?

Finding things that interest me and learning about them. It can be related to work or to my hobbies, from falling into a Salesforce Trailhead rabbit hole to watching multiple videos on knitting and sewing techniques.
