Do you feel like your Customer Experience Management could do some tuning? Are you looking for insight on how to juice the full potential of your digital services? Meet Emmi Tervala, the new addition to our family of consultants. She’ll get you where you need to be!

Emmi is a rock star when it comes to implementing CEM. She will take your customer experience to another planet. A Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and experience from the industry giant Tieto CEM Commerce and Nordea Bank make her your most wanted.

“What excites me the most about Columbia Road is the full horizontal take on digital business. I believe the transition from a solution-first to a problem-first model opens up so many new possibilities for our clients. I look forward to helping our customers develop their CEM processes and reach those previously unattainable goals. It’s also great to work in such a dynamic and flexible company”, Emmi says.

“CEM is a pivotal part of digital sales and ecommerce. With some fine tuning our customers can achieve significant improvements to their processes. We are very happy to have a motivated and customer-oriented consultant such as Emmi on board”, comments Lauri Eloranta, Columbia Road’s Managing Partner.

On her free time Emmi likes to be outdoors with her dog, goes to the gym for functional training and writes a lifestyle blog. Whatever Emmi does, she does to the fullest - with passion, defined goals and a positive attitude.
