Hi Rodrigo, how did you get good at what you do?
Hi! I have been in the consulting world for 15 years, almost all my professional life! Throughout these years, I have worked with SAP and, for almost 10 years, with Salesforce across multiple clouds, projects, and roles. These have allowed me to learn by doing. I am very hands-on, so for me, the best way to get good at what I do is to do it over and over again.
A lot of my knowledge also comes from working together with very experienced consultants; sharing knowledge is also a great way to learn. I really like to understand what goes on behind the scenes, so I go from big picture to digging into the nitty-gritty details to really understand my customers and the platforms I work with.
Why Columbia Road?
I really like the technology-agnostic, business-oriented perspective Columbia Road has. I don't have to be an expert in one platform for our customers to see and measure the results of what we do. And most importantly, the company culture. Columbia Road has shown me the importance of a Roadie-first culture and the amazing impact it has on all of our customers and us.
What makes your heart beat a little faster?
Spending time in nature with my family and friends. A camping weekend, a couple of hours in the forest, anything goes! Also, going for runs after work or some ice swimming are part of my routine. :)
